Position Title: Member, SAS Nominations and Elections Committee
Committee Charge:
The Nominations and Elections Committee shall review the nominations of candidates for each elective faculty position (elective faculty positions include elected members of committees of SAS, the Secretary of SAS, and the members of the University Senate elected annually by SAS). No member of the Nominations and Elections Committee shall be eligible for nomination by the committee.
Committee Commitment and Meetings:
- Two-year term
- Meets once in the Spring semester to ensure that at least two faculty members are nominated for each available elected position.
