Helping K-12 and College Students Prepare for Future life Success and Accomplishment in Challenging Times
An epidemic of anxiety and depression seems to have followed the COVID pandemic. This cannot be a shock, given the current challenging conditions that children and youth are experiencing. We will discuss how the field of social-emotional learning provides guidance to students from Prek through college to develop skills and character that research shows increases the likelihood of future life accomplishment and reduced mental health difficulties.
