Position Title: Member, SAS Honors Committee
Committee Charge:
The Honors Committee shall oversee the operations of the Honors Program, review and make recommendations for strengthening the Honors Program, seek new ways of encouraging and rewarding superior student scholarship, and recommend standards for graduation with honors from SAS.
Committee Commitment and Meetings:
- Three-year term
- One meeting late fall to review faculty proposals for Interdisciplinary Honors Seminars.
- One meeting during spring term to review any significant proposed changes to the honors program.
- Invited to help review applications to the SAS Honors Program (not required).
Recognition and Benefits:
