Dear SAS Community:
I want to extend a warm welcome to each of you as we begin the academic year. This is an exciting time for the School of Arts and Sciences, and I am looking forward to all that we can do together. I also have some updates to share.
We completed the strategic planning process that was started last October to create a unified vision for SAS (“One SAS”) and a roadmap to achieve it. Please check the plan out and look for opportunities to begin launching later this semester.
As I enter my second year, I think back to all that I have learned and cherished since arriving at Rutgers last July. I continue to be so impressed by your thoughtfulness and dedication and am looking forward to engaging more with you–our faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
