Giving to the Department of African, Middle Eastern, and South Asian Languages and Literatures (AMESALL)
AMESALL links the USA with the global community.
AMESALL is a linguistic, literary and cultural gateway to the societies of Africa, the Middle East and South Asia, providing undergraduates with the educational background, skills and perspectives that prepare them for the challenges of the job market in a globalized world.
We invite you to make a gift to the African, Middle Eastern and South Asian Languages and Literatures Gift Fund and make a difference to Rutgers' AMESALL students and faculty which will benefit the following initiatives:
- Study Abroad: Supports undergraduate Majors and Minors by providing supplemental funding for study abroad programs.
- Professional Development: Supports language instructional faculty to attend professional workshops and certification courses.
- Global Instruction: Supports instructional linkages through online or satellite courses offered in partnership with university faculty in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia.
- Chair’s Programs: Supports departmental activities, including seminars, annual conferences and symposia, and lectures by visiting scholars.
